Orders are usually processed within 4-5 days. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, large orders are shipped UPS. All of our products are handcrafted in small quantities to ensure freshness and superior quality to our customers. Occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock on a given product due to high demand, in which case we will notify you either by email or phone regarding the status of your order.
